I live in Dublin, Ohio, with my husband and two children, and we enjoy exploring the outdoors and embracing new experiences together. Throughout my life, I’ve worn many hats, each shaping me in unique ways. My time in healthcare deepened my empathy, while my corporate career fostered confidence and independence that enriched various aspects of my life. My Yoga Journey: My journey into yoga began within a community of like-minded individuals united by a shared commitment to holistic well-being. As I embraced a daily practice, I found myself reconnecting with my true essence and embarking on a profound path of self-discovery.
